I want to help you feel like your best self.

I work with clients who are ready for change and have goals in mind. Maybe you’ve been to therapy before, and it felt like a venting session with no real direction. I get it—look no further. I utilize a number of evidence-based approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), all of which are tailored to the needs of each client I serve. Additionally, I work with couples utilizing the Gottman Method, along with various other modalities, to provide a powerful approach that helps break free from painful cycles of resentment and rebuild trust and strong communication.

I use a strength-based approach to therapy, affirming your natural ability to reflect on past experiences so you can move forward with new insight and agency. I’ll help you address the factors shaping your experiences and potentially holding you back from a better future. Acceptance and commitment Therapy is an action-oriented approach that uses acceptance and mindfulness principles.
